Meet Dr Helen – a respected GP and a Health Coach who blends her experiences as a doctor with health coaching skills, creating healthy, sustainable lifestyle changes for her patients. She takes an holistic, evidence-based approach to healthcare and empowers her patients to tune in to their health and wellbeing needs, identify their values and transform their lifestyle goals into action. Our daily lives are shaped by our routines and habits and as your coach Helen will support and guide you in creating new healthy habits to upgrade your lifestyle and improve your sense of wellbeing.

What happens after the Health and Lifestyle Discovery Session?

You will decide if you are the right fit for one another and whether working with Dr Helen as your Health Coach over a 12 week period for your Health and Lifestyle Transformation is the best choice option for you at this stage in your journey.

What is the ‘Health and Lifestyle Transformation Program?

Dr Helen’s 90 Day coaching program is individually tailored to support you in your unique health and lifestyle vision using powerful coaching techniques, peppered with up to date and evidence based health, diet, sleep, stress and other lifestyle advice and tools. You might want to be a more organised eater and learn how to meal plan and batch cook? Or perhaps you want to make exercise a normal part of your life? Are you struggling with stress and seeking new ways to manage it better? Whatever your lifestyle goals are, she will support and stretch you towards making them come to life!

The 90 day coaching programme involves weekly 1-hour sessions for 12 weeks. These can be done over the phone or via online video if you prefer. The cost of the 90 day coaching programme is broken down in to 3 affordable monthly payments of £450 per month.
