“How to Lose Weight and Keep It Off” is the second of two FREE evening sessions at OneWellness, Harrogate on Wednesday, July 12th at 7 PM – 8:30 PM.

Our Specialist Nutritional Expert, Dr Matthew Campbell (Lead Lecturer in Exercise Physiology at Leeds Beckett University) will let you know how to transform your eating habits and lose weight and keep it off.

The free evening session will consist of a presentation by Dr Campbell followed by a Q&A to ask him any questions you want to ask on snacking and cravings.
All content will be from the most recent evidence based scientific research.

Matthew is the lead lecturer at Leeds Beckett University in Sports Physiology. Matthew holds a PhD in exercise nutrition and is an accredited Clinical Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). As a research-active academic, Matthew is a leading authority in clinical exercise nutrition and is internationally renowned for his contribution to research which has helped shape health policy guidance and clinical recommendations. As an evidence-based practitioner, he has extensive experience in providing tailored health nutrition consultancy to a wide range of private clients and patients, and exercise-sport nutrition consultancy to a range of recreational and elite athletes including Olympians and Paralympians.
